Check-in/Check-out Policy

Check-in: 3:00 pm
Check-out: 11:00 am

Early check-in is available, but subject to prior bookings. Please ask when making your reservation and we will accommodate you to the best of our ability.

Late check-out is also available, but subject to prior bookings and upcoming reservations. Please as at the front desk upon check-in.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at the time of booking.


Cancellation Policy

We know that your plans can change but we ask that you notify us in advance if you will be unable to stay with us.

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the date of arrival Sunday through Thursday and 48 hours prior to arrival Friday and Saturday.

Please note: May through September cancellation policy requires 48 hour advance notice Thursday through Sunday.

In the event that a guest fails to check-in for a reservation, a non-refundable charge of one night’s rate plus tax will be charged. In a multiple night reservation the entire stay will be cancelled.


Smoking Policy

As of July 5, 2010 we are a smoke-free establishment.

We do have smoking receptacles conveniently located just outside the East and West entrances of the building.

If our non-smoking policy is violated, as determined by our management, a fine of $100 will be charged. This charge is used to cover the cost of deep-cleaning the room to rid it of any smoke odor.


Pet Policy

To provide an enjoyable stay for you as well as our other guests we ask that you follow our pet policy.

There is an additional charge of $10 per reservation.
The hotel asks that you do not leave your pet unattended but should the need arise please notify the front desk and leave a telephone number so that you may be reached in case of emergency.

Pets must be leashed or in a pet carrier while in common areas of the hotel and is to be properly controlled at all times while on hotel property, this includes excessive noise. There is a grassy area located in the rear of the hotel for your pets. Please clean up after them and use garbage receptacles outside for disposal.

As a pet owner you are financially responsible for any damages incurred by your pet. This includes, but is not limited to damages to hotel property, pet odors and pet stains. The Redwood Motel reserves the right to charge for any cost associated with cleaning or repairing damages caused by your pet.

There will be a $100 per animal fee charged for any undeclared animal.


Payment Policy

The Redwood Motel accepts American Express, MasterCard, VISA and Discover credit cards as well as cash.

If you are a business and have established yourself with us we also accept company checks.
